Description:
Jewel of the Smokies, a gorgeous 3 bedroom (3rd bedroom is loft-style), 3
bath cabin, is settled high on a perch in Dogwood farms and is about 7 miles from
downtown Pigeon Forge. This incredible cabin is comfortably furnished to accommodate
a large group. With amenities such as sleeping space for 11, a gas log fireplace,
hot tub on covered deck, game room with a pool table, double decks that overlook
the spectacular mountain views, its no wonder that people request Jewel of the
Smokies year after year. Other features of the cabin include 3 TV's with satellite
and VCR (TV in Living Room is TV/VCR/DVD combo), glider rockers on the deck, washer/dryer
and a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker,
and charcoal grill. A sleeper sofa can be found in the living room. Jewel of the
Smokies is a non-smoking cabin. |

| Deposit
& Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required by credit card if booking
prior to 14 days of your arrival date. Payment required in full if booking within
14 days of arrival. Mountain
Cabin Rentals has a no-refunds policy. If for any reason you should need to cancel,
your notification must be received by phone by Mountain Cabin Rentals 48 business
hours or more prior to your arrival date so that the reservation, for that specific
cabin, may be transferred to another date within the year for an additional $50
fee. Any transfer made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged an
additional $100 fee. Reservations may only be transferred one time. NO CANCELLATIONS
OR REBOOKINGS ON DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS, TRANSFERRED RESERVATIONS AND/OR HOLIDAY
RESERVATIONS. |
