Information: The Bretton Arms' 34 spacious guest rooms and suites feature
private baths, in-room telephones, color-cable televisions and high-speed Internet
access, and are graciously appointed. The intimate dining room of the Inn offers
gourmet dinners and hearty country breakfasts, while the cozy fireplaced Parlor
Lounge offers a quiet getaway. Guests can meander around the picturesque grounds
and delight in the perennial gardens, or indulge in a peaceful respite seated
on the veranda. |

| Deposit
& Cancellation Policy: DEPOSITS: The Mount Washington Hotel, The Bretton
Arms Country Inn and The Lodge at Bretton Woods: A deposit in the amount of one
room night will be required to secure your reservation, and will be applied to
the last night of your scheduled stay. The Townhomes at Bretton Woods: A deposit
in the amount of two room nights will be required to secure your reservation,
and will be applied to the last two nights of your scheduled stay. Credit card
deposits will be processed at the time the reservation is made. A two- or three-night
minimum stay & deposit may be required during holidays, select weekends and
other periods at all Resort properties. CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival result in 100% refund
of deposit minus a $25 booking fee; 3-14 days prior to arrival result in 50% refund
of deposit minus a $25 booking fee. Day of arrival - 2 days prior to arrival,
early departures and uncancelled reservations result in forfeiture of deposit.
